SugarOak Properties is the acquisition and investment arm of SugarOak Holdings. Over the past few years, SugarOak Properties has assisted clients in the acquisition of properties having an aggregate cost in excess of $100 million.
We have considerable experience in completing section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges for out clients. We are able to meet the strict deadlines associated with with-deferred exchanges because of our strong network of property sources. Once properties have been found, we create ownership structures that best meet our clients’ needs.
